The Twin-Aligner® System by orthocaps® is a high-quality, two-tray system for correcting dental malalignments. Its defining feature is the use of two different, yet compatible plastics and two different aligners for each step of the treatment.

orthocaps® aligners have already produced excellent results for a wide range of orthodontic problems. They are suitable for correcting most dental misalignments 80 to 90% of all cases can be treated with orthocaps®. This applies to adults as well as teenagers.
Generally, the costs for an orthodontic treatment with orthocaps are similar to those for a conventional metal brace. As with any orthodontic treatment, your treatment plan will serve as the basis for the cost. On average, total treatment costs range from about €1,500 to €8,000.
With orthocaps® removable braces, many different types of malalignments have been successfully corrected—for example, deep bite, open bite, overbite, impacted tooth, Class II occlusion, as well as tooth crowding and contracted arches. In other words, misaligned teeth and jaws (upper and/or lower) can be treated with orthocaps®.

All About the Aligners
orthocaps® was developed in Germany and is now used worldwide. Thanks to excellent infrastructure, highly trained specialists, and a vision born in Germany, orthocaps® is a product “Made in Germany.” Patients receive orthocaps aligners from our trained and certified orthocaps® providers. You, as a practitioner, order orthocaps® directly from us, Ortho Caps GmbH in Hamm.
After you submit your documents, production of the orthocaps® aligners generally takes about two weeks for manufacturing, including the iSetup (3D simulation), and then another two weeks after your approval to finalize the aligners.
Except for the KIDS and NOCTIS systems, your patients should wear orthocaps® aligners for 22 hours per day. They can remove them during meals and for cleaning.
